We had the pleasure of hosting Heineken’s President and CEO Dolf Van den Brink, along with his colleagues Roland Pirmez (President AMEE), and Hubert Eze (Managing Director of Middle East, West & Central Africa). We kicked off a two-day journey filled with engaging activities and inspiring conversations.
On day one, we embarked on a market visit, diving deep into the heart of our operations. We explored our distribution network and visited our customers, witnessing firsthand how the strength of our portfolio has transformed us from a small player to a market leader in less than a decade.

Day two brought even more dynamism, as the Heineken Ethiopia management team led a thought-provoking session on business dilemmas, all focused on how to best unlock the enormous growth opportunities in the Ethiopian market and build sustainable, attractive returns.

The highlight of the visit was undoubtedly the town hall fireside chat with Dolf, where our three breweries connected virtually, creating a vibrant exchange of ideas. It was a unique opportunity for everyone to benefit from Dolf’s wealth of experience while discussing the bright future that lies ahead for our business.
